By creating an account or using Listvik, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Listvik provides a web-based weekly planner for personal and team use. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate account information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not misuse Listvik, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it to violate the rights of others or applicable law.

You retain ownership of the content you create in Listvik. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to provide the service.

We aim to keep Listvik available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may suspend access for maintenance, abuse, or legal reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listvik and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
